Audley’s statement on equality of pay and opportunities
Audley Group is proud to be an equal opportunities employer and gender has no impact on our recruitment process. Audley Group gender pay details reveal that women’s mean hourly rate is 33.33% (2022 – 25.57%) lower than men’s and women’s median hourly rate is 8.69% (2022 – -1.74%).
This data primarily reflects the fact Audley Group is a business that has three key functions: property, care, and hospitality, along with a central support team.
Each function has various levels of pay. Care accounts for nearly a third of the organisation’s headcount, of which 96% of those staff are female.
