Audley Group, the UK’s leading provider of retirement villages, today announces two senior hires.

Nick Vincent has been appointed General Manager of Audley Group’s first mid-market Mayfield village, in Watford. The village, a key strategic priority for the Group, is opening in the autumn of this year.

In addition, Kevin Green has been appointed as Commissioning General Manager for Audley Sunningdale Park, Audley Fairmile and Audley Wycliffe Park, the three new Audley Group villages which are also scheduled to be opening this year.

Nick has been with Audley Group since 2017 and was previously the General Manager at Audley Chalfont Dene. With a background in hospitality management with leading hotel brands, during his time with Audley he has worked with his team to deliver exceptional everyday experiences.

Kevin has been with Audley Group for nearly five years and was previously the General Manager of Audley Redwood where he helped to develop a strong owner community and an engaging village environment.

Nick Sanderson, CEO, Audley Group, commented: “2022 will be the Group’s busiest opening year to date, with three new Audley Villages opening, and importantly, the opening of our first mid-market offering, Mayfield Village. This is a significant milestone for us as we open up the integrated retirement sector to new investors and potential owners.

“Ensuring that we have the right teams in place is key to our continued success whilst enabling us to deliver the consistent high standards and service levels our owners have come to expect and I’m delighted to be welcoming Nick and Kevin into their new roles.

“In the time that Nick and Kevin have been with us they have both pushed the boundaries of what an Audley owner can expect, whilst injecting a sense of humour and creativity into their management.

“Developing and growing our talented people is immensely important to us as a business, and I’m proud that we have been able to support Kevin and Nick in the advancement of their careers and that they have been able to grow with us.”

Nick Vincent, General Manager, Mayfield Watford, commented: “To lead and help shape the Mayfield brand as Audley Group enters the mid-market is a fantastic opportunity for me. Audley has always given me the freedom to engage and push boundaries in terms of owner engagement and events and the chance to replicate that in a new and emerging mid-market model is extremely exciting.

“Mayfield will draw on some of the attributes that makes Audley great, from high quality interiors, a balanced and varied events calendar and most importantly team members who care and deliver high levels of customer service. At Mayfield, owners can become part of a community and socialise with likeminded people whilst creating lifelong memories.”

Kevin Green, Commissioning General Manager, Audley Sunningdale Park, Audley Fairmile and Audley Wycliffe Park, commented: “Audley is entering into an exciting phase of growth in 2022 with a record number of new villages opening throughout the year and I’m excited to be at the forefront of this evolution and to take up my new role in these new villages as they come to completion throughout the year, and we begin to welcome new owners to the great community life here at Audley.

“Being able to play an active part in ensuring that village life is fun and fulfilling has always been one of the best and most satisfying parts of working at Audley and I’m looking forward to bringing my experience and knowledge to new villages and new owners.”
