Introducing AEM Living
After six months of bringing our businesses closer together, we’re pleased to introduce AEM Living – the new group entity behind Audley Villages, Elysian Residences, and Mayfield Villages. Each brand continues with its own character and independence, but now benefits from a stronger organisation behind it: shared expertise, consistent standards, and long-term investment in our integrated retirement communities.
AEM Living remains founder-led, with Gavin Stein and Nick Sanderson continuing to guide its direction closely.
