Audley Group, the UK’s leading provider of luxury retirement villages, today announces it has strengthened its group board with the appointment of Lisa Rickman, Group HR Director.
Since joining Audley in 2017, Lisa has implemented the group’s human resources strategy, ensuring talent development remains integral to the business’ growth plans.
Her appointment to the board today is further testament of the business’ long- term investment in its people.
It follows the recent appointment of Nick Edwards as Chief Operating Officer, bringing the total number of directors to eight.
Lisa has a wealth of human resources experience with a career spanning 25 years across sectors including retail, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and latterly the care sector.
In her role as Group HR Director, Lisa manages the complex task of ensuring talent development and retention is at the heart of the fast-growing Group.
Audley Group has a portfolio of 20 villages across the Audley Villages and Mayfield Villages brands.
Accessible to both owners and the neighbouring communities, the villages offer extensive leisure facilities including a library, restaurant and bar, swimming pool and health club, with flexible and discreet care available as and when required.
